Welcome to Tracey Magnet School!

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Tracey Magnet School’s home page. This is another way to enhance our communication with our school community and others who have ventured onto our website. We have designed this site to be useful to students, parents, teachers, and the community at large. Just click on any of the tabs or subject headings that interest you. The school’s population includes approximately 470 students, 37 of those are magnet students. We currently have 4 sections at each grade level with the exception of 1^st grade which has 3 sections.

Tracey is a National School of Character and our focus, alongside our academic success, is the character growth of our Cubs. We continue to use our school’s core values of PRINT (Problem-Solving, Respect, Integrity, Neighborly and Take Responsibility) as we continue to problem-solve and persevere through the current challenges of COVID-19. It is our responsibiility at Tracey to model our message of PRINT with our Cubs through our daily communication and rigorous instruction. As a Tracey Family, we know that respect, being Neighborly, and working together to show our PRINT is the best way to navigate the school year. 

Tracey Magnet School works in partnership with our children, their families, and many community partners to provide a quality education that has high expectations for student success and excellence. Our dedicated staff work to build and strengthen students’ character and academic capabilities.

Our incredibly supportive PTA provides special events and programs for our students and families throughout the school year. Your contribution to this organization is extremely important and helps to maintain a strong relationship between our school and our families.
